What costs are
involved?
There are no expenses paid by the seller. All fees associated with the
sale are paid by ViaSource Funding Group, LLC.
How is the insured’s privacy protected?
All financial and health information reviewed by our firm is kept in a
secure location with limited access. All health information is reviewed
by our in-house medical staff and handled in a highly confidential
manner—similar to how your own physician would handle this information.
How long does the process take?
The entire process should take 4-6 weeks, although may vary slightly
based upon the responsiveness of physicians providing medical records
and insurance companies confirming policy information.
Can the process be reversed or stopped?
The sale can be stopped at any time. The sale can also be reversed
within 15 days after the policy seller has been paid the purchase price.
